Post-Event Site Tour
Post-event attendees will have the exclusive opportunity to join the Site Tour that covers the following:
Site Tour 1 - DBS, Singapore: Modernizing the Workplace to Elevate the Employee Experience
DBS, Singapore, recognized the need to transform its offices beyond traditional workplace models to better support its evolving workforce and business landscape.
DBS Singapore has experimented a range of wellness spaces, from quiet meditation areas to active break zones, and encouraged employees to use them at their own pace. Initially, only employees with high wellness awareness utilized the spaces, but this behavior spread over time, demonstrating the power of observation and social norms. The experiment revealed that employees preferred using the spaces for their own activities rather than following prescribed programs. This suggests that providing options and a sense of permission is more effective than dictating specific wellness practices.
Site Tour 2 - IHH Health Care, Singapore: Innovative Culture Anchoring Learn, Live, Love
IHH Healthcare is one of the world’s largest healthcare networks, with eighty hospitals in ten countries. Breaking loose from previous workplace constraints, siloed departments and dated fitouts, IHH’s headquarters move prompted a rethink on new age workplace strategies and office design, in a bid to achieve new global standards of workforce productivity, workplace experience and employee engagement.
By designing an office from scratch with increased space efficiency and capacity for future growth, this transformative workplace initiative has enabled IHH to embrace changes in workplace culture, such as health and wellness and remote working (that were accelerated during the pandemic).
