Jacely Voon is the Chief People Officer at Fujifilm Business Innovation Singapore where she leads a HR team with systems that build enterprise-wide employee engagement and talent development. Under her leadership Fujifilm won 2 prestigious accolade in Best Leadership Development and Best HR Communication Strategy by Human Resources Online.
Jacely joined the company in 2012 as head of Regional Rewards & HR Program Management of Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific and held various senior leadership positions within the organisation, the most recent being the Chief People Officer in FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia.
Her areas of expertise include business partnering, cultural transformation, organisational design and executive coaching. During the past few years, Jacely has been instrumental in leading multiple transformation projects and shaping the state of new HR Service Delivery for Fujifilm Business Innovation.
Jacely believes that embracing CSR strategy that integrate social, environmental, ethical, human rights or consumer concerns into business operations is a core strategy that can help businesses to achieve a positive impact on society as a whole while maximising the creation of shared value for the owners of the business, its employees, community and future nation.
Jacely holds a Master of Science (MSc) focused on Human Resources Management from University College Dublin. She has great passion in making a difference to people and organizations through her skills and energy, as she believes that when people grow, the business will grow.
