Jacqueline is Director and Founder of aAdvantage Consulting. She has over 25 years of broad-based human resource, change management and business excellence consulting experience in both the public and private sectors (with MNCs and SMEs).

Over the past two decades, Jacqueline has advised multiple companies on transformational organisational development, including how to incorporate work-life strategy in their overall HR plans. As a business owner and founder of a consultancy herself, she has first-hand experience of how career and personal life are closely integrated, and the skills that both employer and employee require to successfully manage these various aspects of life.

Prior to founding aAdvantage Consulting, Jacqueline was with the consulting practices of Big 4 consulting firms focussing on organisational development and change management. Jacqueline has consulted on projects in Singapore, Brunei and Thailand. Jacqueline started out her career as a human resource practitioner in a government statutory board and joined a local group of companies in a regional role in human resources before embarking on a consultancy career.

Jacqueline currently leads the Research & Insights and Human Capital & Culture Transformation Solutions within aAdvantage Consulting.
