Adeline Foo is a global talent acquisition leader with deep expertise in transforming recruitment through technology and data.  As Global Head of Talent Acquisition at DKSH, she leads global hiring strategies across 36 markets and is at the forefront of integrating AI and analytics into the talent lifecycle.

Under her leadership, DKSH has piloted AI-driven recruitment tools like Paradox and CVs Prioritisation using large language model, launched a global TA analytics scorecard, and implemented SuccessFactors across regions – Standardising processes while improving speed and candidate quality.  She also championed DKSH’s employer branding transformation, having secured “Great Place to Work” certification in more than 10 countries.
