Annee Bayeux is the International Workforce Agility Officer at Cornerstone OnDemand.  With over 20 years of dynamic experience in learning and development (L&D), business transformation (including mergers and acquisitions), talent management, and HR technologies, she brings a vibrant mix of expertise and passion to her roles.

Annee has made it her mission to supercharge workforce agility, enabling organisations to pivot swiftly in the face of ever-changing market conditions and technological leaps.  She has held influential leadership positions at Global 2,000 companies like Bosch Automotive, Alstom, General Electric, and Danone, where she did not just oversee transformations but ignited them, building agile and future-ready workforces from the ground up.  Specialising in crafting robust learning strategies and establishing HR centres of excellence, Annee leverages cutting-edge HR technology solutions to fuel digital transformation and workforce agility. 

A fervent believer in the future of work, Annee is on a relentless quest to guide organisations as they transition to skills-based organisations (SBOs).  As a self-proclaimed geek and L&D enthusiast, she is obsessed with exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) can revolutionise HR functions to enhance workforce capabilities and agility, a passion that led her to co-found Ardoise.ai.
