With over 25 years of HR leadership across the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and technology sectors, Annie Lim brings deep expertise in workforce strategy, talent engagement, and building inclusive, high-performing cultures. At Lonza Biologics, she leads human capital initiatives that drive diversity, transformation, and purpose-driven growth.

Annie holds a Bachelor’s in Business Marketing and dual Master’s degrees in Counseling (Monash University) and Human Resource Development (The George Washington University). She is an ICF-certified coach (PCC), a certified trainer with Workforce Singapore (ACTA/CFP), and holds professional credentials including IHRP-SP, SHRM-SCP (US), and FCIPD (UK).

A passionate advocate for CSR, STEM education, and workplace inclusion, Annie’s impact extends beyond the boardroom. Her contributions have earned her multiple accolades, including the Gold HR Excellence Award for Employee Advocacy and Brand Ambassador (2024), People Matters Top L&D SEA Award (2023), Monash Excellence Award (2022), Singapore Polytechnic Service Award (2010), and most recently, the Good Service Award as Grassroots Leader (2025).
