Anser Aly is an experienced L&D professional and award-winning marketer with 25 years of global expertise in building and growing major brands across diverse markets.  He has held senior roles in multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Shell, Deloitte, Henkel and Unilever.

Anser's expertise includes marketing training and capability building.  Based in London, he previously trained and upskilled over 6,000 Unilever marketers worldwide.  Currently, he leads the global leadership development agenda as Head of Unilever's Learning Centre in Singapore.

Anser is a Cambridge-certified Executive Coach, specialising in personal effectiveness.  He has coached senior executives and C-suite leaders on peak performance and productivity.  Additionally, Anser has mentored start-up founders, helping them refine their pitches for successful fundraising through his "Pitch Clinics”.  He has also been a guest lecturer at top business schools, including Chicago Booth, London Business School, and Harvard.
