Brian Sommer is an award-winning IT industry analyst who covers the ERP, finance and HR sectors. He is a contributor to Diginomica and other publications on HR and other topics. He advises global clients on software selections, transformation projects, and other complex initiatives.
Previously, Brian was a Senior Partner at Accenture with leadership roles in their Software Intelligence, Human Capital and Finance & Performance Management groups. Brian led global finance, ERP and HR shared services projects for major global firms, and was a quality assurance partner on large global ERP projects too.
Brian has a Business Bachelor of Arts and Marketing from University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters of Business Administration & Finance from University of Texas at Austin.
