A highly accomplished and respected businessperson and HR icon in the HR world with over 25 years of experience in HR, manufacturing, IT and supply chain, Chee Gay has honed his expertise and reinvented HR practices to transform businesses from the outside-in.  He has led diverse and large teams globally, holding management and board positions at country, regional and global levels. He is also a renowned global speaker, sharing his knowledge and insights on Future Workplace, HR transformation, Lean, Six Sigma and Project Management.

Before joining TDCX, Chee Gay worked for industry giants, such as AIA, Astro, Intel, Samsung and T-Systems.  He has been recognised with numerous accolades, including Southeast Asia HR Icons, Asia Greatest CHRO, Most Influential HR Leader, National HR Leader of the Year, and HR Professional of the Year.  He is also an appointed Adjunct Professor with UNITAR and an advisory panel member for CIPD Malaysia Chapter, Human Resources Online, SAP Advisory Board, Rock Bird Media, UNTI University, Management & Science University (MSU) and TAR College University.

Chee Gay has been included in the list of Top 100 Business Leaders to follow on LinkedIn.  He holds an honours degree of Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) and an MBA from University Science Malaysia, and is a qualified Chartered Fellow CIPD, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean, Design Thinking, Customer Operations Performance Centre (COPC), Project Management and Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI).  With his extensive knowledge and experience, he has made a significant impact in the HR industry and continues to inspire others to strive for excellence.
