Amy currently serves as the Head of People Acquisition & Organisation Development at DANA Indonesia.  She is a seasoned professional in the human resources industry, possessing over 16 years of experience, including 9 years in high-tech, fast-paced startup environments. 

Amy has demonstrated expertise in establishing HR infrastructure from the ground up and effectively managing growth and scaling processes within the organisation.  Furthermore, she has extensive experience in navigating complex organisational and stakeholder dynamics across various levels to deliver strategic organisational initiatives.  Additionally, Amy collaborates closely with executives and senior leadership teams from diverse industries, such as high-tech, financial and banking, compliance and regulatory sectors. 

Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which she obtained from the University of Indonesia in 2009.
