Debora Bangun is the Chief People & Corporate Strategy Officer at DANA, an Indonesian fintech company leading the transition to a cashless       society with its digital payment solutions and financial services.  In her role, Debora is instrumental in shaping human resources across all levels, fostering a dynamic start-up culture, and positioning DANA as an employer of choice.

With a Finance & Accounting degree, Debora began her career as an auditor at two top firms such as E&Y and PwC, and later became the Head of Finance HR and Legal in Wattyl.  She further advanced her expertise with a Master’s degree from PPM School of Management and IPMI International Business School.  Over her 25-year career, Debora has held HR leadership roles at renowned Fortune 500 companies, including Target Corp as Regional Director for Southeast Asia and AC Nielsen.

Passionate about startups, Debora focuses on creating HR solutions that enhance efficiency, growth, and team well-being amidst the high-pressure environment.  Beyond her professional role, Debora is also dedicated to community empowerment, having founded the social organisations, Saniogarih Foundation and Gembala Bangsa Foundation.  Driven by her commitment to innovation, team development and social impact, Debora's diverse experiences and passion make her a transformative leader in the digital economy.
