Amy is the Head of People Acquisition & Organization Development at DANA Indonesia. She is an expert in the HR industry, with over 16+ years of experience, including 9+ years in high-tech, fast-paced startups. Amy is well-versed in building HR infrastructure from the ground up and managing the growth and scaling processes. She has extensive experience handling complex organizational and stakeholder dynamics across various levels to deliver strategic organizational initiatives.

She collaborates closely with Executives (C-Level) and Senior Leadership teams from diverse industries, including High-Tech, Financial & Banking, Compliance, Regulatory sectors, and more. Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Indonesia in 2009.
