Dr. Jennifer Pei-Ling Tan is an accomplished academic and learning professional.  She currently serves as the Head of Learning & Organisation at Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited.  In this role, she leads the Learning Organisation Design, Technology and Data team at OCBC Campus.  Collaborating with her fellow Group HR and business counterparts, she designs and implements innovative, technology-driven learning initiatives.  These efforts aim to build future capabilities, promote learning agility, and foster a thriving learning organisation for sustainable growth.

Dr. Tan's career has been marked by a unique blend of expertise, including business advisory and assurance.  This background has equipped her with business acumen, strategic thinking and managerial skills, which she utilises as an applied learning scientist and innovator.  Her expertise has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of the evolving needs of learners, both young and experienced, and how to leverage technology to provide them with more relevant, meaningful, transformative learning experiences and life outcomes.

Dr. Tan’s passion is in creating and implementing innovative learning solutions that empower individuals to reach their full potential.  She is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the OCBC Group, with the goal of driving sustainable organisational success.  Her academic credentials, including degrees in Philosophy, Education, Business Information Systems, and Accountancy underscore her dedication to the field of learning and development.
