As the Chief People Officer of IHH Healthcare Singapore, Kian Keong oversees the HR function that supports IHH Healthcare’s Singapore hospitals, primary and ambulatory care facilities under the Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles, and Parkway brands.  He is an accomplished HR practitioner who had previously lived and worked in key Asian gateways, such as China and Hong Kong, where he gained extensive experience working in US, European and Asian organisations across industries, such as healthcare, financial services, telecommunications and manufacturing.  His passion and experience are in leading startups, talent management and organisation transformation.
