Throughout her varied career, Gayatheri has taken on numerous responsibilities, including but not limited to roles as a Change Management professional, HR Business Partner, Strategy Development Manager, Staff Advocate and Hiring Manager.  Her talents have proven successful in leading operational projects, programs and compliance initiatives.  The strategies she has established have demonstrated the ability to expand business opportunities, strengthen the company's reputation and image, and cultivate long-term relationships with both internal and external clients.

By utilising strategic re-engineering, novel approaches to change, and customised policies, procedures, training, meetings and communications, she instils the organisation's values, drives effective human capital management, and shares critical business information.  This ensures that all members of management, team members and clients have the necessary tools to succeed.
