Joydeep Bose
Joydeep has extensive experience in the HR field, having worked across industries including chemicals, technology, food, and agriculture. His expertise lies in areas such as organizational performance enhancement, transformational change, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Olam, he held HR consulting roles with prestigious Fortune 100 companies in the US. Joydeep is an active thought leader in the international HR professional community. He has served on various advisory boards and committees, such as the ICF Coaching in Organizations Global Board of Directors, the HRD Workgroup of the Singapore government's WDA, the Singapore Ministry of Manpower's HR Alliance, and the Human Capital Leadership Institute's CHRO Advisory Panel.
He is also an invited member of the Educational Technology Alliance, a subgroup of Singapore's Emerging Stronger Taskforce, focused on guiding the country's economic recovery from COVID-19. Joydeep holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA.
