Kevin is the CEO and co-founder of the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), the world's leading human capital research firm. i4cp focuses on identifying high-performance people practices that organizations and HR executives should consider adopting.

Kevin is also the author of the Amazon bestseller "Culture Renovation®," which presents findings from one of the largest studies on corporate culture. The book details how high-performing organizations, such as Microsoft, T-Mobile, 3M, AbbVie, and Mastercard, have successfully transformed their organizational culture.

In addition to his roles at i4cp, Kevin serves on the boards of Performitiv, Guild Education, and Sanctuary. He previously held board positions at KnowledgeAdvisors, Jambok, Workforce Insight, and Koru. Kevin also serves on the board of Best Buddies Washington, a nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Prior to i4cp, Kevin founded and served as President of SumTotal Systems, which he created in 2003 by merging Click2learn and Docent. Before SumTotal, Kevin was the Chairman and CEO of Click2learn, which was founded by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.
