Matt MacInnis is the Chief Operating Officer of Rippling.  Prior to this role, Matt founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Inkling, a digital publishing system backed by Sequoia Capital.  He also spent seven years at Apple and holds an Engineering degree from Harvard University. 

As Chief Operating Officer, Matt is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company across its HCM, payroll, IT, and spend product families.  Rippling is on a mission to rethink the way business software is built, and has achieved a growth rate that is largely unprecedented in the history of Silicon Valley.  Matt partners with the executive team to ensure operational stability with a positive and passionate company culture.
