Nitin is a global leadership advisor with more than 25 years of experience working with multinational organizations in the United States, Singapore and throughout Asia. His expertise is in the area of culture transformation, talent development and employee engagement. He is an experienced facilitator, ICF executive coach and a keynote speaker who has spoken and facilitated sessions at several National and International conferences across Asia and North America.

Nitin is currently a Senior Advisor with the NeuroLeadership Institute for Asia Pacific. He currently also serves as a Co-Chair of the Human Capital Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. In addition, he is also a certified counselor from the American Psychological Association.
