Currently leading Reward, Recognition & Performance for Southeast Asia at Accenture, she shapes regional talent strategies aligning people programs with business outcomes across diverse markets.

Prior to Accenture, Priya held senior leadership roles at Citi, where she oversaw the Rewards portfolio across APAC and had many impactful roles across North America driving global change initiatives. Recognized for her work in fair pay advocacy, HR Transformations, Intentional Leadership, Priya is known for combining data-driven strategy with creativity to deliver high-impact solutions. Priya holds advanced certifications in HR and business strategy from HRCI, Columbia Business School and Cornell.
