Razman Radzi
Razman has accumulated extensive experience of 33 years in the field of human resources. He has held senior-level positions at various multinational corporations and government-linked entities, including serving as the General Manager of Human Resource Development at Johor Corporation and the Senior General Manager of Group Talent Management at KPJ Healthcare. Additionally, Razman has worked at prominent companies, such as Goodyear, UEM Land Holdings and Kumpulan Guthrie.
Academically, Razman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the International Islamic University and a Diploma in Personnel Management from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management. His professional achievements include serving as the Panel Member of the Industrial Court , and being a Thought Leader at the National Human Resource Centre under HRD Corp. He currently serves as the Deputy President of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management. Razman is also certified as a Professional Coach and Mentor, as well as a Balanced Scorecard professional.
Additionally, last year, Razman was named as Asia's 50 Top HR Leaders by SpeakIn and Asia Dialogues and one of 40 HR Icons of Malaysia by Economic Times HR World.
