Stephanie Nash
Stephanie Nash is the Vice President, Human Resources, Asia-Pacific at Ingram Micro, the business behind the world’s brands, which reaches 90% of the world’s population serving their technology needs. Stephanie has 3 decades of experience as a senior human resources leader working across the United States, Asia, Australia, and South America. During this time, she served in senior HR roles for Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft, Allergen and BHP. She oversaw the early stages of RedMart's growth through to its multi-million-dollar acquisition by Alibaba. She has been an Advisor to start-ups and founded Thrive HR Exchange with a mission to bring well-being into the workplace.
Throughout her career, she has worked across a range of industries, business units, functional areas, organizational scale, and geographies in local, multi-country and global capacities. She also serves as an Advisor to the Workplace Accelerator and Panarchy Partners.
Stephanie is originally from the United States and holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Syracuse University, as well as a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
