Ms. Khoo Swee Lan is the Group CHRO for National Healthcare Group (NHG).  Her passion lies in enabling tech and digital transformation in organisations, modernising HR and improving employee experiences, and strengthening leadership and culture in organisations.  With many years of HR and commercial experience, Swee Lan has a strong track record as an accomplished and enterprising change leader.

Prior to joining NHG, Swee Lan has helmed HR and business leadership roles in various industries and sectors, including Shell and National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) Enterprise.  Swee Lan leads from a strong sense of purpose to contribute to both organisational and societal goals to deliver impact, and make lives better for others.
