Yes, please submit your registration online and choose bank transfer as payment method. We will send you the invoice with our bank details. For Singapore Government agencies which requires e-invoice, please also submit your registration online and choose bank transfer. Once done, kindly send us the e-invoicing details via email to registrations@hrmasia.com.sg

Can I make payment after the event?

No, payment must be received before the event.

Can I pay by cash onsite?  

We will prefer not to as you have to confirm your attendance before the event so we can prepare all the passes for you

GST

Only companies invoiced from Singapore will have to pay a GST of 9%.  invoices 

We are unable to grant you any of the above rates after the deadline as we have coded all the discounts and as such we are unable to reverse the code. 

We will not entertain any request for refunds (refer to our Terms & Conditions).  If you are unable to attend, please get a replacement by providing us with the details of the new participants as follows :

Suntec Singapore is easily accessible by three MRT stations - Esplanade or Promenade via the Circle Line, and City Hall via the East West Line.

Follow these directions to get to Suntec Singapore:

• From CC3 Esplanade MRT Station (3 minutes): Take Exit A and follow the signage to our Centre
• From CC4 Promenade MRT Station (5 minutes): Take Exit C, walk through Suntec City Mall and follow the signage to our Centre
• From EW13 City Hall MRT Station (8 - 10 minutes): Walk through City Link Mall and then Esplanade Exchange to get here

By Taxi

If you're taking a taxi to Suntec Singapore, alight at the driveway of our Centre in front of The Big LED Wall on Level 1.

We advise you book your accommodations as early as possible through hotel booking sites or direct with the hotel depending on your preference for location, rates and facilities.

We provide 2 coffee breaks and a buffet lunch for those who bought conference delegate passes. We are not able to cater to special meal requests but the buffet style service offers a wide selection of food, inclusive of vegetarian option. No pork will be featured in any of the dishes. 

HR Tech Asia 2025 passes are strictly for the individual who purchased it and should only be used by the registered participant. Sharing of passes is not allowed.

Expo Pass

This ticket allows you entry into the expo area and attendance at Power Talks & HR Tech Asia Awards. You are NOT entitled to attend the conference and the coffee break/lunch area.

Conference Pass

You are allowed to attend Expo in addition to the conferences you paid for.

We do not generally issued Certificate of Attendance for participation in HR Tech Asia 2025.  However, participants who require this certificates may request by providing the following information :

• Name
• Company Name
• Address for certificates to be sent (if request is made after 1 May 2025)

Please place your request before 1 May 2025.  Request made after 1 May 2025, HRM will send the certificates via courier to your Address

Certificates will be ready for collection by the end of Day 2 conference at the reception desk.

For attendees of Masterclasses, participants will receive Certificates from their respective Trainer/Facilitator
